Scanline Jitter - 1
Scanline Crawl - 1
NTSC Frame Jitter Offset - .1
Scanline Amount - .35
Overall Scanline Scale - 1.2
Individual Scanline Scale - 2
Scanline Variation - 2
Scanline Brightness scale - 2
After that, then save it as a preset.
It's fairly studdle and only adds to the character of those generations of games.
