Homemade Gluten Free Pizza and A Movie

This is our family’s absolute favorite recipe and even beats out any restaurant pizza hands down!

2 1/4 c GF flour (we use Bob’s Red Mill)
1 t xanthan gum (omit if your flour already has it)
2 t instant yeast
1 1/8 c + 1 T warm water
2 T olive oil
3/4 c Marinara sauce (we used our homemade sauce)
2 c Mozzarella Cheese (homemade is best and easy to make!)
Toppings of choice

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Add yeast to warm water. Allow to sit until it gets foamy.
3. In separate bowl mix together flour, salt, and xanthan gum.
4. Add in olive oil and water/yeast mixture.
5. Mix until combined.
6. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and use olive oil (or spray oil) to grease the parchment paper.
7. Spread the dough on the parchment paper. I use my hands for this step since this dough will not have the consistency of flour that contains gluten.
8. Bake the crust for 10 minutes.
9. Add sauce, cheese, and toppings.
10. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
11. Enjoy! You will not be disappointed.
