Chipotle Workers Are Trying To Form The Company's First Union

Chipotle workers in Maine are forming the company’s first union. They say the store is chronically understaffed leading to injuries & exhaustion. Chipotle made $653 million in profit in 2021. Instead of investing in staff, it spent $100 million on stock buybacks to enrich shareholders.
