Woman single-handedly wrangles snake

Imagine coming home, hoping to put your feet up and relax in your own living room, when you look around and see a big black snake wrapped the legs of the same sofa you were about to lay onto!

That’s what Sunshine McCurry found when she and her daughter came back home. Being a North Carolina girl that she is, she didn’t give it a second thought. Gave the phone to her daughter to keep recording, took a pillow case and wrangles the slithering critter with her own two hands!

This country girl is a homesteader that does everything herself. The snake population has increased and snakes had been eating her eggs and baby chicks. This large black snake had sneaked in a crack under the front storm door and came for a visit.
