This is such a recipe that even non-veg people will like it. The name of this dish is Sweet and Sour Tofu, let's know the method of preparation.

Ingredients
200 grams tofu
1 capsicum
2 small carrots
2 cups mushrooms
3 green onions
2 tbsp oil
1/4 cup cashews
salt to taste
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 tsp ginger
1/2 tbsp red chili

Recipe
To make Sweet and Sour Tofu, first of all take a bowl. Now cut the tofu in this bowl in medium size. Add ketchup, lime juice, soy sauce, honey, ginger and cayenne pepper to the tofu. After mixing all these, keep it to marinate for about 2-3 hours. Now add the capsicum after cutting it lengthwise but remove the middle. After this, wash the onion thoroughly and cut it into pieces. Now put small pieces of carrot in it. Now take a pan and heat oil in it
When the oil becomes hot in the pan, add carrots, capsicum and fry it. After this add green onions, cashews and mushrooms and fry for 1-2 minutes. Now add marinated tofu and salt to it and mix well. After this, fry in medium to high flame for 1-2 minutes.
