RISE UP Ep.#171! You cannot control what people do or say to you. You can only control how you react to their behavior towards you. How you respond is the key part of being a Christian. One thing we forget to do or refuse to do is pray to God for them. Ask God to soften their hearts and if that doesn't happen due to their rebellion then you must ask God to handle it for you. Always remember the "WWJD?" phrase. Would Jesus cuss someone out and call them names like I did in Miami or would he taken another route? I imagine He would have done something similar to the Garden. I'm sure He would have asked God for counsel. How we face and fight our battles is just as important as how we spread the message. We are lights. We cannot dim ourselves for pride or to win an argument. We must shine bright!
