Annual Pig Feast - The Chinese New Year is Truly Over Only After This Meal

After more than a month, I've finally finished this year's Annual Pig Feast. The pork has to be cured and air-dried, so it took me a little longer to make this episode. This is how we process the pork. It seems that the New Year is truly over only after this meal. The cured pork will accompany us through the year.
