The path has not been easy, even early on. Justin Fields moved from Georgia to go compete in Ohio because they would only use him as a runner. When he earned the starting role in Ohio, he led them to a Sugar Bowl victory vs Clemson. He took a big hit early on, and with an injured rib he still scored 6 TDs. The Bears made a great choice to trade up and draft Justin Fields. He has shown consistent flashes, and more recently consistent greatness. He is on the verge of becoming one of the most dangerous NFL players in todays game, at the quarterback position. With the offensive help that Ryan Poles has added to this team, this offense should be fun to watch in 2023. Chicago Bears Right Guard Teven Jenkins over and over mauls defensive linemen game after game. . He MAKES SURE you know who you're being blocked by every time he faces a defender. Year 2 player, but he was out most of his rookie year with a back injury, however he is showing A TON of potential for how young he is. As long as he stays healthy, you keep #76 Teven Jenkins around as long as you can on the Chicago Bears. This is a HUGE year for Jenkins to come out and show more consistency. If he can stay healthy, and still keep his high motor attitude, the Bears, Ryan Poles, and Justin Fields will all be very very happy. Justin Fields has such a threat of running the ball, that NFL secondaries are going to have to play him a different way than they normally play QBS if they want to stand a chance. From the very start my favorite thing about Justincredible Fields has always been his intelligence and ability to process. Hes young, but as he gets more experience he has been taking steps and strides. Look at these examples late in the season, its not about if he can, its more about consistency. Talent around him will benefit him greatly, but he not only has the opportunity to be the best Chicago Bears Quarterback ever, but also a Quarterback that the NFL has not seen yet.Its hard for Chicago Bears Fans to believe because we haven't had greatness at the quarterback position in our life times..... We finally have it. Fields is the real deal, and it feels great to say it out loud. The Chicago Bears have their Quarterback for the future. This is by far the biggest offseason for the Bears in recent history, and it looks like they are putting the work in. Fields and DJ Moore are already a thing, they are starting to build some chemistry with each other. Finally the Bears have a true #1 wide receiver, and they get him at a time when we have a young up and coming QB with a TON of potential. Fields needs as much practice with Moore as he can get, these two need to be on the same page as soon as possible. Darnell Mooney is back from his injury and he is looking like hes in great shape, and the new additions are participating and making plays. Justin Fields is throwing dimes left and right, and looks a lot more confident then he ever has. This next upcoming year will be very entertaining for all Chicago Bears Fans!
