Whoop 4.0 Review after 1,076 Days. Here’s what I Learned.

I have been wearing Whoop Straps (3.0 and now Whoop 4.0) on and off for over 3 years, 1,076 days to be exact. In this video I share my honest review and thoughts, as well as some of the disappointments with the upgrades. I also unbox and review the new HydroKnit band for the Whoop 4.0 and how well Whoop works for Swimming and Water Sports. I wanted to be as honest as possible in my deep dive review of Whoop and my experience wearing it for 1,076 days. I also compare it to my GShock GBDH2000 and Apple Watch. Enjoy.
