Other than "Diet and Exercise", how do Professional Athletes look, feel, and perform so well?
I have been on the hunt to figure it out and this is what I have learned, so far.
Not only do pro athletes diet like maniacs and work out like thats all they live for, they also have some incredibly simple recovery and maintenance tools they use regularly that we have access to as well!
