How Workers Took On A Manufacturing Giant—and Won

Striking workers in Iowa have won a 6-month standoff against Ingredion, a huge multinational food manufacturer. After making record profits, the company wanted to slash workers' pay, benefits, and vacation—and fire some for striking. Instead, all workers won a 15% raise.
