1965 VW Beetle Restoration - Heater Channel Fit & Weld

In this video, we're taking a look at the heater channel fit and weld on our 1965 VW Beetle restoration project. It's important to make sure it's properly fitted and welded in order to prevent rust and leaks.

We start by cleaning up the old heater channel and removing any rust or corrosion. Once the channel is clean, we fit it to the body and make sure it's aligned properly. We then weld the channel in place using a MIG welder.

We finish up by cleaning up the welds. This is a relatively simple process, but it's an important one that can help extend the life of your Beetle.
