No man ever said “I’m just gonna stop eating” but I’ll bet every woman has said that at some point in her life. Women think intuitively that eating less is the answer. When athletic women think this way it’s downright dangerous. And now with fad drugs like Ozempic in demand that derail hunger and slow gastric emptying being employed while exercising and reducing calories, women need to hear this.
