Gimmelwald is a heavenly Swiss village in the Lauterbrunnen valley. It is located next to the popular Swiss village Mürren and only minutes away from Lauterbrunnen. Gimmelwald has a rich history of farming and is known for its peaceful setting in the Swiss Alps. Tourists enjoy the spectacular views of Jungfrau mountain and the amazing scenery. Gimmelwald is a fantastic for hikes as well as relaxation.
You can reach Gimmelwald by cable car and panoramic train from Lauterbrunnen or by cable car from Stechelberg.
