GTA 5 RP: Shapeshifting Car Mod Lets Players Steal Cars Without Getting Caught

Today I built a shapeshifting fake cop car in GTA 5 roleplay and used it to pull people over and steal their expensive/high end cars. The real police ended up catching on and I got into a bunch of chases, but used the shapeshift mod to confuse them. There were a lot of funny moments in this Grand Theft Auto episode, enjoy!
