It's Been Mental "HELL" ...

I am a Christian with a chronic illness. I have suffered with Lyme Disease for over eight years. More recently, I experienced post acute withdrawal symptoms (PAWS) from a medication withdrawal. This lead to anxiety, OCD (obsessive-compulsive disorder), and depression.

In this video, I open up about my journey, and I share the lessons that I've learnt during these mental health challenges. My hope and prayer is that many who are suffering will be blessed by this message.
