Examination of Dr. Joseph Zingaro who made a multi diagnosis without any review of medical history. Dr. Zingaro's Assesment and diagnosis was based on the singular record of Division of Family Services. Request for provision of record/documentation was denied. Judge Robert Coonin later states that "...evidence of sexual impropriety has been submitted..." This statement was made 9 months after children were placed in the care and unrestricted access of the abusers and molester. Judge Coonin has denied all request to place children in the required safe neutral foster home. Including request made this day and all future request.
Judge Coonin and the Department of Justice representing DFS and the "best interest of the children". Fabricated Evidence. Tampered with Witnesses, Tampered and altered documents and evidence. Destroyed documentation. Omitted medical documents and evidence and forced children into the care of the people who they had stated abused them while a criminal investigation was still open regarding the molestation.
During this "litigation" Judge Robert Coonin and DAG Janice Rowe Tigani enjoyed Christmas at the White house with their good friend, "The BIg Guy".
Sharon Rogers, the "property manager" for Mayor Michael Purzycki is the grandmother of the children. Sharon Rogers is also one of the persons who abused the children and who was aware and witnessed the sexual molestation by Joshua Rogers, father, and further facilitated the abuse by separating and isolating the child alone with him.
Mr. Purzycki made arrangements, phonecalls etc. regarding the representation and legal counsel etc. for Joshua Rogers, father, for his long time employer Sharon Rogers.
In Delaware it appears the laws regarding sexual conduct towards children have a "grey area".
