Steve Bannon speaks of efforts to nationalize artificial intelligence (AI) as part of national defense. Joe Allen of JoeBot.xyz tells Bannon the process by which AI reaches conclusions is inherently unknowable. Attempts to audit that process, Allen added, have failed.
