First American Home Warrenty Nightmare!

ugh, I thought my life would be easier if I get a home warrenty.
False! My first service call due to AC not sending Cold Air, turns into a Nightmare.
Anyone has experience with this kind of situation which a Home Warrenty Service LIES and said the First Tecnician reoorted Chemical Odors this they cant do anything.
First Smerican send a second Tech from an outfit named Tempest.
