#46 BUILDING a HOMESTEAD from scratch: A year in review

Our first year of building a homestead on land with nothing but trees, pasture and springs on it. We reminisce about all the laughter, challenges and "firsts" we have experienced since buying the land and moving our family from the city. It has truly been a wild and wonderful ride and we have enjoyed every moment!

We purchased the land, bought a Polaris Ranger 1000, built a shed, an outhouse, purchased a New Holland Workmaster 60 tractor, logged trees and sawed them into logs and lumber for our cabin and solar kiln, built a Yurt, drilled a well and build a spring box and bought a Wolfe Ridge Pro 28 wood splitter. We are just getting started!
