Retromini almost redeems itself with Custom FirmWare... sadly it falls short

In this video I take a look again at the Retromini which is also known as the RS90. The Retromini looks like a Game Boy Pocket and is supposed to play NES, SNES, GB, GBC, GBA and SEGA, but it wasn't really good at that. Now thanks to custom firmware it is able to play some games better than before such as the Game Boy and Game Boy Color. It also got a bunch of more features and got quite a boost in raw potential which it sadly can't realize.
As with other cheap Handheld Game Consoles from AliExpress you try to find the golden egg that can be a great companion and you won't mind if it breaks while you are on a hike or something, but even with the current community effort it is not enough
