It's a silent killer, claiming more lives here in Maryland than bullets or car crashes. The opioid crisis has reached epidemic proportions, and as addicts chase the high, dealers are cutting the illegal narcotics with more powerful and potent substances. Now, the Feds are sounding the alarm and urging extreme caution. Saying law enforcement is at risk of a deadly overdose if they come into contact with the dangerous drugs.
