Green Bay Police are calling the death of a 16-month old child "possibly the worst case of child abuse" they've ever seen. The toddler was already dead when brought to a Green Bay hospital on May 25. Autopsy results showed the child suffered from extreme and repeated physical abuse and neglect, including severe bruising, according to Capt. Kevin Warych with Green Bay Police.
