A Childlike Spirit

1 Lord, my heart is not proud;
my eyes are not haughty.Ps 101:5; Rm 12:16
I do not get involved with things
too great or too wondrous for me.Jb 42:3; Ps 139:6
2Instead, I have calmed and quieted my soul
like a weaned child with its mother;
my soul is like a weaned child.Mt 18:3; 1Co 14:20
3Israel, put your hope in the Lord,
both now and forever.Ps 130:7

Now to him who is able to do above and beyond all that we ask or think according to the power that works in us
