PEANUT (2014).
Peanut is a 2-year-old mutt who was seriously burned as a puppy. He doesn’t have lips anymore, and his eyelids are also gone, so he can’t close his eyes.

These dogs may not be conventional beauties, but they're definitely unique. And many of them are actually quite adorable, in a quirky sort of way. So without further ado, let's get started!

"My little Peanut is my heart, and while I don't see his looks as less-than-adorable every day, it appears the judges had a different take," Chandler affectionately conveyed.

Residing in Greenville, N.C., Peanut and Chandler now stand as proud recipients of a towering four-foot trophy and the esteemed $1,500 grand reward.

The backdrop for this unusual contest was the Sonoma-Marin fairgrounds in Petaluma, Calif.
