Make Sure You Get Paid!

Something that I do is a checklist On that checklist saying you understand is what we talked about, you understand that we're gonna be doing everything on the scope of loss as per outlined on it.

You understand that any elective upgrades are optional and beyond the scope of this work. You understand that any work that we discover that wasn't documented will be submitted in the form of a supplement. And you understand, this is one thing I wanna share with, with everybody about not getting paid, especially on insurance deals.

Our collections policy is to collect the, the final payment within seven days of your receipt from the insurance company. Any late penalties and we would put a late fee on there.

We understand that you know it. Something might come like that and they might drag it out. We don't want you to come out of pocket, but we will be collecting that within seven days of receipt. That again, airs that out, sets those expectations early.
