Mount Everest Envy
The human body is an amazing construct. Our bones are as strong as granite. A full human’s head of hair can withstand up to 12 tons of weight. Amazingly, humans are the best long-distance runners in the world, better than any four-legged animal. Some of us push their bodies to the limits by running amazing distances, lifting incredible amounts of weight, even climbing insane heights.
Speaking of climbing, the body’s endurance is tested further with the thinning air and low temperatures. This guy took all that up a notch when he celebrated his climb on Mount Everest with 20 Superman push-ups!
He says: "Superman push-ups were a part of my training regime, I trained very hard to be able to perform these push-ups. I wanted to do something amazing on those peaks and summits which was rare and challenging at the same time. Burpees were the first thing that came to my mind but later I convinced myself to attempt Super Man push-ups instead. I consider myself really lucky to be able to pull off something as intense as this. It took me months of practice to master these intense push-ups. This was one of the best things I ever did in my life!" Awesome!
