Two children have been rescued from a group of six
others and two adults who have been trapped in a
cable car dangling above a ravine in Pakistan.
The group, aged between 10 and 16, were heading
to school when one of the cables snapped, leaving it
dangling 274m (900ft) above the ground.
A police officer has confirmed that both the rescued
children are in a stable condition.
Strong winds have been hindering the precarious
