War has been going on since the dawn of human civilization. Abuse of power is one of the destructive characteristics of the human race. In most areas it is observed more in private life but this type of ruthlessness can be seen nationally and internationally as well. As a result of the efforts of great people over the ages, human rights have been upheld in some places, but in most cases, there has been no evaluation of the issue of 'human rights', but there has been a killing competition for the world-renowned heroes of some people.

The methods used in wars defy any animal husbandry. Instead of saving people's lives, the big countries of the world allocate more budgets to make weapons and ammunition to kill people indiscriminately. Anniversary is played with human blood in the name of war with tax money extracted from human blood. Certain international instruments known as international humanitarian law are part of core international law to protect civilian life in war.
