Deer in the Headlights: Steele Dossier Payment

Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman Gary Gensler clashed with Republican Rep. Byron Donalds during a hearing of the House Appropriations Subcommittee. Donalds questioned Gensler about whether he facilitated the payment for the Steel dossier, since he was CFO of the 2016 Hillary Clinton campaign.
