Biden Says "No More Drilling" Before 2022 Midterm

During a campaign stop in New York City for Democrat Gov. Kathy Hochul on November 6, 2022, Joe Biden says he's for "No more drilling".

"No more drilling. There is no more drilling. I haven't formed any new, new drilling. . . . (climate protestor asks about offshore leases) . . . No, I . . . That was before I was President. We're trying to work on that get that done. Thank you.
