Gov Gretchen Whitmer finally figures out and admits: "We had to make some [lockdown] decisions that in retrospect don’t make a lot of sense. . . . You could go to the hardware store, but we didn’t want people all congregating around the gardening supplies. . . . maybe it what was a little more than what we needed.”
