Johnny Cash's Ragged Old Flag At Super Bowl 57

Fox's beautiful segment during Super Bowl 2023 was a welcomed tribute to America and the flag we all love. Ragged Old Flag performed by Johnny Cash and the arrangement and direction were by Ben Bram, Shams Ahmed and Scott Hoying. The video included a choral arrangement by young singers from America’s Youth Choir. Marvel star Anthony Mackie introduced the Ragged Old Flag segment. Kyle Carpenter, the youngest living Medal of Honor recipient, was also featured in the segment. Carpenter, 33, received the United States’ Medal of Honor for his actions in Afghanistan in 2010, while serving as a Marine. Naomi Joy Turner and Malea Emma, popular singers from TikTok, were also in the segment.
