What's What With Sen. Mitch McConnell

Senator Minority Leader Mitch McConnell appears to have an issue while speaking during a press conference in the U.S. Capitol. He leaves the podium and the press conference and then returns to the podium 12 minutes later. When asked about what happened he responds, "I'm fine."
