PSG star Kylian Mbappe yells 'I am staying here' after scoring on his return to the team amid interest from Real Madrid and Saudi Arabia. Kylian Mbappe appeared to confirm his intention to stay at Paris Saint-Germain after scoring on his return to the side.

The French superstar came off the bench and scored from the penalty spot as Luis Enrique's side were held to a 1-1 draw by Toulouse.

Mbappe jumped over the advertising boards in delight and celebrated in front of PSG fans before screaming 'I am staying here, I am staying here.'

Mbappe wasn't included in the squad for PSG's goalless draw with Lorient on the opening day of the season amid uncertainty over his future at the club.

The striker had been made to train with the club's 'undesirables' away from the main group after refusing to sign a contract extension, with his current deal having less than a year remaining.

Mbappe didn't take part in PSG's pre-season tour of Asia and there had been suggestions that he would be made to stay away from the main group for the foreseeable future.

His shirts were also removed from the club shop, as the hierarchy in Paris attempted to force the 24-year-old to accept a permanent deal or loan move that would see the club get some return on their key asset.

However, he was back in first-team training last weekend and made his first appearance of the season on Saturday night.

Earlier this summer Mbappe turned down the chance to join Al-Hilal after the Saudi Arabian side made a world record bid of £259million.

There have been suggestions that Mbappe could join Real Madrid as a free agent next summer, with PSG eager to avoid such a scenario so that they can receive a significant fee for him.

After 'positive discussions', the French superstar is back in the fold although his future at the club remains in doubt with Real Madrid reportedly set to launch a bid for the striker.
