Part 2: IEEE International Conference on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics 2023

Part 2 of the Quantum Global Broadcasting Network's series, "Wildfires in Hawaii Maui Island," highlighting on the U.S. Government's, through the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice, and the State of Hawaii, preplanned launch to turn Maui into the U.S.'s first SMART, quantum A.I. governed, City/Territory.

In Part 2, we focus on the IEEE International Conference on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics (SMC), the flagship conference of the "IEEE SMC Society." The SMC 2023 will be held on October 1–4, 2023, at the Sheraton Waikiki, in Honolulu, on the beautiful island of Oahu, Hawai’i. This year’s theme is “Improving the Quality of Life’."
