Update 4-19-2020 #2 - breaking:

Here's an update to the stimulus package (CARES Act) directly from Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin on a tentative deal with Chief of staff Mark Meadows; Senate majority leader Mitch McConnells, republican; republican house minority leader Kevin McCarthy; The President, and Democratic Leaders. Marco Rubio is also indicating this deal on Twitter.

The interim bill includes:
-$300 billion in additional Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) funding for payroll expenses (this is the forgivable loan program, but follow the video I made on pitfalls).
-$50 billion in additional EIDL money.
-$75 billion for hospitals
-$25 billion for testing

Expecting a press release later today with the Senate passing the interim bill Monday, House Tuesday and in effect Wednesday after President Trump signs.

WARNING though! Make sure to use irs.gov/eip to submit your direct deposit information as mailed checks may get delayed!
