It is not very often we associate sleep with success and productivity. People who nap or sleep in are often thought of as lazy. A hard working man gets up early and works late. You don't get any thing done when your sleeping. Or do we?
In this video we take a look at a study which is not only a great illustration about the difference between being productive and being effective. But it's findings also show us the effects of a lack of sleep on our weight loss goals.
Losing weight is about more than just seeing the number go down on the scale. We want to see our body fat go down not our muscle mass. And sleep plays an important part in that.
