Protect Your Shoulders! Upgrade Your Shoulder Warm Up!

If you have been training for any length of time then at some point you have probably had a shoulder injury that has held you back from progressing. So in this video we are going to look at how to upgrade our shoulder warm up so we can protect our shoulders and properly prepare them for exercise.

The reason we tend to have more trouble with our shoulders is because of it's ability to move in multiple planes. Unlike most joints which only move in a specific plane like the elbow joint. With the shoulder we sacrifice stability for increased mobility.

Today we look at ways to upgrade arm circles, band pull apart's and shoulder dislocates to get even more out of these movements.
