If you have trouble sticking to a fitness plan. Then at first building the habit of regular exercise is more important than any end goal. Truth be told successful diet and exercise plans aren't really plans they are lifestyles and don't have an end. It is a life path of constant improvement. Which works best when you stay on the path, it is not about how fast you go while on the path, because once you leave the path you lose the ground you have gained. So start small don't set too many goals all at once. Showing up consistently is goal #1.
