Welcome to the second part of training to become Ironman. In part one I introduced you to the Superhero series I will be doing and Robert Downey's history leading up to playing Ironman as well as his diet. In this episode we are going to focus on the actual weigt training he did to transform into Ironman and of course Tony Stark.
