Wow, we are now over 2000 subscribers. I want to take this moment to thank you all for your support. I posted my first video over 4 years ago because I had both a physical and personal transformation. I wanted to share with you the excitement I felt with the renewed energy and positive mental attitude that came along with this change. And I knew if I could do it anyone could do it.

Before we talk anymore about my YouTube transformation. I want to turn my attention to you the viewer the ones that really made this happen. Now I know I'm not the only transformation our there. I'm not even the best transformation out there. It would be great if all of you who have had transformations could send me before and after pictures. As well as any information that you would like to include about yourself. Then we can do a collage video of all the different transformations out there.
