Build Muscle with Calisthenics, apply muscle building principles to bodyweight hypertrophy training

So I had a subscriber question from Rovsyl, he asked can a person get big from calisthenics alone? Two things popped out on me right away to me which is why I decided to do this video. The first one is the word alone and the second one is big. He didn't ask can you build muscle but can you get big.
So we are going to look at both of these points in this video with a major focus being on how to apply bodybuilding rules for building muscle or muscle hypertrophy to calisthenics training.
No matter whether we are using weights or our bodyweight to train if our nutrition isn't on point or we are not getting enough rest and recovery we are not going to build muscle.
Successful body builders always have a training program or a plan and a goal for each workout. Progressive overload is a key component to any good hypertrophy based program. This is simply the gradual increase of training intensity over time. With the goal of increasing training intensity a bit with every workout.
