Quantum Dots: Is A. I. Technology in your BLOOD?

Quantum Dots are semiconductor nanocrystals that are found in the blood stream and are used to program genetic material...but the real question is who put them there and how? Why is there Artificial Intelligence in our blood? What will it be used for? Is this science or science fiction?
