The one body part that I'm asked how to build more than any other is the chest and while I've done quite a few different workout routines over the years the main exercises have always stayed the same. So today we are going to go over my favorite chest exercises, why I do them and how you can incorporate them into your own training program.

My favorite chest exercises are Dumbbell bench press flat and incline, push ups flat and decline, and dips.
