Build Muscle At Home!

Most of the time I train at home. For me it just works best, like many people when I'm finished my day and have time for the gym is the exact same time everyone else has to workout, so the gym is packed. If I go home and eat first and try to wait until later it is a lot tougher to get the motivation to go. For some they don't go to the gym simply because they can't afford the monthly fee.

Which leaves us with the option of training at home. And while we might not have the variety of equipment that is at the gym we don't have to feel like we can't get a good workout in and build some muscle. In some cases like doing circuit training or supersets, working out at home might even be an advantage.
