If you have been watching my channel for any length of time then you know I'm a fan of training to failure. But what does it mean to train to failure? When shouldn't we train to failure and what about training passed failure?

When we train we should be trying to hit technical failure on the last rep of the last set of each and every exercise. Technical failure is when your form starts to breakdown. Each rep should look the same as the last. Once they no longer do no matter how small the break in form, you are done that set. Now I'm not referring to pace here, the rep pace might get slower as long as the movement pattern doesn't change keep going.
