Can we build muscle and lose body fat at the same time?

Body recomposition does work and while it is most successful with the newer lifters, those with excess body fat or the detrained athlete. It also works for the experienced athlete and even us the 50 plus crowd as long as we do it right.

What exactly is body recomposition and why am I calling it a lifestyle? Body recomposition is the process of building new muscle mass while losing body fat. I did this in my first transformation.

Tracking your progress with body recomposition takes more than just the scale. You need the mirror a measuring tape and maybe some calipers.
