Full Body Bodyweight Tabata Workout! Featuring Donkey Kicks to Push ups High Knees to Reverse Lunges

I had a lot of people telling me they like to do these Tabata workouts when they are on vacation or away from home. So I decided to do a workout that could be done anywhere without any equipment.

This workout starts with a high knee to reverse lunge, followed but supermans, I like to keep my arms high and move them down to my sides and back. After this we move into a alternating push up to donkey kick, this is a great little mobility challenge and helps to keep out heart rate up. The final exercise is a V up to help us tighten up our core.
