It seems to happen around 30, this year 2 of my friends told me they were now too old, both in their mid 30's. The one surprised me particularly as we had ran against each other in numerous events, but now he says he is to old to run. And he is telling that to me a guy in his 50's.

How can we get this energy back? Life's responsibilities can keep us from being as active as we would like to be. But if we want to gain more energy we gotta move!! Next is Diet by eating fresh, whole unprocessed food as much as possible and keeping our weight in check we will have more energy and avoid those midday sugar crashes. Sleep is when we rebuild and replenish our our bodies so it is important that we get enough every night. mental attitude and forward thinking will do wonders in keeping our minds young.

A lot of our ailments that sap our energy didn't come from age they came from poor diet and lifestyle choices, by improving these choices we can bring back some of the energy that we had in our youth.
